MagAlTech, Ltd. was founded in 2003 by a team of leading Russian experts in light alloys, with the purpose of setting up the manufacturing of large diameter forged wheels and other parts for automobiles and motorcycles made of magnesium and aluminium.
Over this time and in cooperation with Novikombank, a modern business was launched. Today, our company produces sophisticated parts such as forged motorcycle wheels, ultra-light magnesium wheels of large diameter. At the moment, the company is planning to start production of a wide range of wheels for SUVs and off-road vehicles. 100% of our products are exported to Japan and Europe.
Creating our products, we aim at providing highest quality and making prices affordable for our customers. A good wheel must be light-weight, rigid, durable and of a nice-looking design. Using a broad list of ‘know-how’ and as a result of optimisation efforts which we make at every stage of wheel production, from design and engineering of molds and forging tools to special processing of ready-made wheels, MagAlTech has been able to achieve the best possible quality/price ratio, the parameter, which.is of vital significance to any product.
Our company is open to cooperation with manufacturers of motorcycles and automobiles, tuning studios, sports teams in the area of development, design & engineering and manufacturing of ultra-light aluminium and magnesium wheels for automobiles and motorcycles.
In 2004, Serguey Larin, a famous Russian racer set 8 national speed records. His race car was equipped with 18’’ x 8.5’’ magnesium wheels (6.6 kg!) manufactured by MagAlTech.
